Martin Luther King - Monday, January 16th
President's Day - Monday, February 20th
Good Friday - Friday, April 6th
*Memorial Day - Monday, May 28th
*4th of July - Wednesday, July 4th
*Labor Day - Monday, September 3rd
Columbus Day - Monday, October 8th
Veteran's Day - Friday, November 12th
*Thanksgiving - Thursday & Friday, November 22nd & 23rd
*Christmas - Monday & Tuesday, December 24th & December 25th
* New Years 2013 - Monday & Tuesday, December 31st & January 1st

* Indicates Holidays that the City allows additional Holiday Related items on side of Garbage/Recycle Carts
** Special Pickups will not take place during the Holiday Weeks, so any large item pickups should not be put out until the following week.

Holiday Extra Trash Weeks

All observed holidays are followed by "Holiday Related Trash."  This means that you may place out extra holiday related trash on your designated day, during this week only.  Extra trash should be placed at least 3' away from your trash toter.  Please place extra garbage next to garbage cart or any recycle next to the recycle cart so we know which bags belong to which truck.
